Selected music and movement sessions are all tailored to match our classes and attendee needs. We offer a variety of free classes across Birmingham to those who may have little or no access to physical activities, such as gyms or health and well-being groups.
We collaboratively work with our local community organisations to provide group sessions and community engagement. Our donations and profits are re-invested back into our community projects, and we would like to thank all those involved for helping us reach our goals.
